Job Description: Candidates should be engaging in academic administration activities as required by the institute. They should have the leadership capabilities as they need to perform the Top / Senior Executives of the Bank. Teaching subjects in the area of leadership development across various programs of the institute respectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and imparting training programs and workshops in various areas of the leadership development program. (Do you know the full form of ATM)
• They need to ensure that the right types of training are imparted with continuous updation in the follow up of the best and new HR practices
• They have to handle and Promoting the institute, programs in appropriate forums to build the institute brand in order to achieve maximum effectiveness in training
• They should be set in place training evaluation methods. They have to seek feedback and initiating appropriate corrective measures where necessary on an ongoing basis
• They have to ensure smooth conduct of various workshops. As well as conclaves and programmes at the institute
• They should Identify the training need gap in leadership skills of the Top / Senior Executives of the Bank. Also co-designing and co-delivering training interventions
• They are responsible for ensuring the upgradation of competence levels of participants by constantly bringing about improvements in the contents. The methodology of training programmes should be improved.
